Hours: Full Time, 40 hours weekly

Summary:
Is responsible for providing quotes, orders and service to customers. This position requires high accuracy and attention to detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Developing strong customer relationships through the successful management of products and service delivery.
- Maintaining computerized customer profile information.
- Developing cost estimates, logging needed parts, and the time needed for repairs.
- Convey all necessary information regarding costs, parts and work to the customers.
- Enter details of repair jobs on the company's network and preparing repair instructions and lists of needed replacement parts to the Service Technicians.
- Releasing repaired equipment to the customers and explaining the work done and costs accrued to the customers to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present, promote, and sell products to client
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- You should have the ability to translate customers' non-technical descriptions and relate them in a comprehensive and thorough report to the service team.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Accurately perform cashier duties - precisely handling cash and credit card transactions while following company policies and procedures.
- Direct customers to merchandise within the store when applicable.
- Maintain cleanliness of all areas
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, often loud environment
- Experience using a computer and handheld devices
- The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
